What My Coffee Guide is

My Coffee Guide is a worldwide guide to specialty coffee shops: a map with venue listings, city guides, articles, events, job openings, our own awards and a shop. Anyone can browse it without signing up.

The site is operated by RASEMAEG, S.L.. By using it, you accept these terms.

Your account

To save coffee shops, build lists, sign up for events or apply to jobs you need an account. You sign in with Google, with an email link or with an SMS code: there is no password to lose.

You are responsible for what happens from your account and for the accuracy of what you tell us. You can delete it whenever you like from your settings.

What you may not do

• Publish false information about a venue, an event or a job opening.
• Claim ownership of a coffee shop you do not run.
• Post unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Scrape the content in bulk, or reuse the database without permission.
• Try to reach other accounts' data or interfere with how the service works.

Venue listings

Listings are built from public sources and from what the community sends us, and our team reviews them. If you run a venue you can claim it from the business portal: we verify that you do before handing over control.

With a verified listing you can edit your business information, upload photos and publish events and job openings. Identity changes — the name, the listing's web address, or whether it appears at all — are reviewed by our team before they take effect.

We may correct, unpublish or remove a listing that breaks these terms or that carries information we cannot verify.

Paid plans

The basic listing is free. The Pro plan adds tools for running your venue, and a job opening can be featured for a set period. Current prices, applicable taxes and the length of each option are shown in the business portal before you buy.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from the portal; on cancelling you keep the plan until the end of the period already paid for, with no pro-rata refund.

Prices may change; if your plan's price goes up we will tell you before the next renewal. These are business-to-business purchases made in the course of a trade, and are not subject to the consumer right of withdrawal.

Events, jobs and sign-ups

Events and job openings are published by each coffee shop, which is solely responsible for their content and for delivering what they promise. My Coffee Guide does not run the events and does not hire anyone.

When sign-ups or applications are handled outside the guide, clicking the button takes you to the publisher's own site, where their terms and privacy policy apply.

The awards

The beans we award are our own editorial assessment, based on criteria we publish. They cannot be bought, they do not depend on holding a paid plan, and we may revisit them each edition.

The shop

Products are shown here and the purchase is completed at the shop selling them, under its own sales, shipping and returns terms.

Content and intellectual property

The design, the editorial writing, the guides, the brand and the database are ours or licensed to us. Photos and data coming from Google are shown under Google's terms and belong to their authors.

What you publish — photos, descriptions, events, job openings — stays yours. By publishing it you allow us to display it, adapt it to the guide's format and machine-translate it into the site's languages, for as long as it stays published.

Liability

We take care that the information is right, but opening hours, prices and services change without anyone telling us: check what matters before travelling. The service is provided as is and may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

We are not responsible for what happens between you and a coffee shop, nor for the content of the sites we link to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts designated by the applicable law; if you are a consumer, those of your place of residence.
