Designed for coffee roasters, café owners, baristas, distributors and hospitality professionals, the event combines expert discussions, technical tasting sessions, networking opportunities and hands-on experiences. WHAT TO EXPECT Welcome Coffee & Networking 16:00 – 17:00 Start the day by meeting fellow coffee professionals in a relaxed networking session over coffee. An opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new people and begin the conversation before the main programme begins. Live Conversation 17:00 – 18:00 A live conversation featuring Jack Simpson, moderated by Perfect Daily Grind Spain, with additional guest speakers from across the coffee industry. Rather than a traditional keynote, this interactive session will explore some of the most relevant topics in specialty coffee through real experiences, open discussion and audience Q&A. Drawing on his experience as World Barista Champion and coffee professional, Jack will share practical insights and best practices that attendees can apply within their own businesses and daily operations. Guided Espresso Cupping Experience 18:00 – 19:00 Take part in a guided technical tasting session led alongside one of our guest speakers. Attendees will experience a blind tasting of espresso preparations featuring coffees from different roasteries, followed by discussion around flavour, extraction, sensory evaluation and coffee quality. Networking Experience 19:00 – 21:00 End the day in an informal setting designed to encourage conversation, collaboration and new connections across the coffee community. Oatly Throwdown 19:00 – 21:00 Developed in collaboration with Oatly, this entertaining competition is inspired by zero-waste principles. Beverages prepared during the competition will be creatively repurposed to produce a selection of signature Oatly cocktails, demonstrating how sustainability and creativity can work hand in hand.
