Dulcimena Coffee & Go was founded in 2015 as the first space dedicated entirely to specialty coffee in Granada. By championing a to-go format and multi-roaster approach, it has built a strong, quality-focused community that continues to grow and explore. Three words define Dulcimena: transparency, traceability, and experience. Every drink is crafted with care, passion, and expertise to pursue excellence in every cup. Around 100 different roasters have officially graced its shelves, grinders, and filter coffee methods, introducing many of them for the first time to Spain's coffee scene. Continuous open cuppings, filter coffee bars with international guests, themed sessions (rare varieties, decaf...) and competitions like Filtrando Granada are essential activities that showcase a different, innovative concept—one that constantly reviews itself to keep improving.
